2. What shipping options are available? We offer these to U.S. customers:

  • Express Shipping: 3–6 business days – $20
  • Free Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0 (our most popular choice!)
  • Free Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0
  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $10

Note: Times are estimates and may vary due to location, holidays, or carrier volume. Free shipping may apply based on order total or promotions.

3. How long will it take to receive my order? Most orders process and ship within 1–3 business days. After shipping:

  • Express: 3–6 business days
  • Standard / Free: 7–14 business days

4. Do you ship internationally? Currently, we only ship within the United States. We’re exploring international options — sign up for our newsletter for updates!

5. What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window for unused, unworn bags in original condition with tags and dust bag/packaging intact. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos — we’ll arrange a replacement or refund (including original shipping if it’s our error). Customer pays return shipping unless the issue is ours. See our full Returns page for details.

6. Are your handbags high-quality and genuine? Yes! We use genuine full-grain or top-grain leather (or high-quality vegan leather alternatives), solid hardware (brass, zinc alloy with plating), and reinforced stitching. All bags are built to age well, hold shape, and handle daily use — no fast fashion, no shortcuts.

7. How do I care for my Insidescores handbag?

  • Leather bags: Condition occasionally with leather balm, avoid water/rain exposure, store in dust bag when not in use.
  • Vegan leather: Wipe clean with damp cloth + mild soap, avoid harsh chemicals.
  • Hardware: Wipe with soft cloth, avoid perfume/chemical contact.
  • General: Stuff with tissue when storing to maintain shape. Specific care instructions are included with each bag.
